Do you do any sort of meal preps to get you ready for the week? #mealprep
Decided to switch up my lunches this week but it also meant I had to do some serious meal prep. ;) My friends and family know I’m a really bad veggie eater, so they should be VERY proud of me when they see this…. Veggie & Tempeh Stir Fry. :)
Ingredients are Broccoli, Baby Carrots, Baby Corn, Water Chestnuts, Mushrooms, & Tempeh.
When I cook it for lunch, it will also have a little coconut oil and sesame oil. Once cooked, I’ll splash some Braggs Liquid Aminos on it and enjoy! Just over 200 calories and a decent source of protein AND I’ll be getting some veggies. :)
